Purchasing
For products sold through this website we reserve the right to change our shipping policy to FOB (“free on board”) Shipping Point/FOB Origin without notice to you. In the latter case you pay shipping costs. You take responsibility for products when they leave our warehouse. Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on the checkout page. You are responsible for all country specific taxes or import taxes associated with your order.
If you entered the wrong address on our order form and we are forced to reship your package, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge equal to your original order.
Shipping
We supply products and services relating to health and wellbeing.
By purchasing products, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and that all information you provide is correct. You must notify us if any details provided, change.
After you have placed your order for a product(s), we will confirm receipt of your order either by e-mail or notification through an account.
Once you have placed an order and accepted the Terms, we will charge your credit card for the balance of your order, together with any credit card processing charges and postage fees.
All prices on our website are exclusive of sales tax such as GST and VAT, and we reserve the right to alter prices without notice to you.
We accept no responsibility for any loss suffered as a result of any e-mail to you being blocked by any firewall or filter, or if you have registered incorrect e-mail address details, or if you have changed your e-mail address details after your purchase.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any offer to purchase products for whatever reason and without liability to you or anyone else. If your purchase is cancelled and your credit card has already been charged for that purchase, we will refund the entire purchase price to your credit card.
Returns
Products that are purchased directly from this website may be returned by you within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase for a full refund less shipping and handling. Only one opened package of any like product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in a factory sealed and undamaged package to be eligible to be returned for a refund.
We make no claims that this website or its content, including and without limitation, any products or services available on or through the website, is appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you access our website from outside the US, you do so on your own initiative and you must bear all responsibility for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. If a product you have purchased is sent back to us by customs, we will refund the purchase minus all shipping and handling charges to your credit card.
